ABOUT ME

Technology has been an integral facet of my life for as long as I can remember. Exploring digital worlds became an escape for me; a way to take my mind places circumstance could not. As I grew older, I started to merge these passions with trade, starting my freelance photography career at 13 as a high school freshman. I had spent so much time of my childhood in the unknown – when I got the chance to dream, I took it.

My professional journey has been driven by a desire to change the culture of work from a negative, routine-driven environment to a vibrant space where learning and growth are celebrated. I believe that training should be an empowering experience that bridges the gap between digital immigrants and digital natives, recognizing the unique strengths and needs of each group.

Too often, we make assumptions in training that can alienate and frustrate learners. My mission is to create educational experiences that are inclusive, engaging, and tailored to meet diverse needs. By leveraging innovative technologies and learner-centric methodologies, I aim to transform the way people perceive and engage with workplace learning.

Key Achievements:

  • Video-based Learning Program: Led the end-to-end development of a comprehensive video learning program, including content creation, strategy, and CMS/LMS integration.
  • Training Presentation Design: Designed and optimized over 25 learner-centric presentations, maintaining org-wide instructor-led training template and process.
  • Course Development: Created multimedia assets – such as videos, interactive components, and templates, for custom course creation using Adobe Captivate.
  • Visual Branding: Spearheaded the implementation of an updated learning brand system, emphasizing adult learning principles and learner-experience design.
